   Campus Maker® buildings are placed as close as four inches apart, unlike typical portable classrooms that require a minimum separation of twenty feet. A group of sixteen Campus Maker® classrooms occupy the same land required to install just ten Type IIB or Type IV steel frame portable classrooms - a 60% increase in land utilization.
